AI Unite is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not track you across other sites. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us through the two forms on the site.

AI Unite is a library of report summaries. It needs very little information about its readers, and this page lists all of it.
In short
What you send us
Two forms on the site send information to us by email.
- Suggest a report: the report title, publisher, link and your reason, plus your email address and affiliation if you choose to give them. We use the email address only to reply about your suggestion.
- Newsletter: your email address. We use it only to send the monthly digest of new summaries. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to the address below.
- Both forms are delivered through a form-to-email service, which passes the submission to our inbox and does not use it for anything else. We do not sell, rent or share these details.
Technical data
Like every website, the server that hosts aiunite.org keeps standard access logs, which include the IP address, browser type and pages requested. Our hosting provider keeps these for security and operations, and we do not use them to identify visitors. The site stores one value in your browser, your light or dark theme preference, which never leaves your device.
Links to other sites
Every summary links to the original report on its publisher’s website. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from the digest at any time by emailing hello@aiunite.org. We will reply within a few days. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with the date it was updated. This version is dated 2026-11-04.

AI Unite publishes its own updates to its own LinkedIn presence through LinkedIn’s API. The application that does this acts only on the account that authorised it and only to publish posts. It does not read, collect or store information about any other LinkedIn member, and no LinkedIn data is stored on this site. When you interact with our posts on LinkedIn, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies.
